India is preparing to own the record held by China as the most populous country in the world. The United Nations predicts that in another 03 months, India will overtake China as the most populous country in the world.
Accordingly, the United Nations predicts that India will become the world’s most populous country on April 14.
India has a total population of 1.41 billion. China’s population is 1.45 billion. But the United Nations predicts that India’s population will surpass it on April 15.
Compared to China, India has a high birth rate and youth population. Critics say that is why India has been able to overtake China.
China has been the most populous country in the world since 1950. Accordingly, India will break the record of 73 years held by China.
