Nepal’s Prime Minister, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, announced that a full investigation was underway into the incident.
On January 15, 2023, a plane flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara crashed.
There, 68 people lost their lives, and 72 people, including four crew members, were traveling in the plane when it crashed.
Operations to rescue the passengers are ongoing.
