Media reported that the helicopter crashed into a preschool.The dead include two small children who were staying at the preschool, and nine people were staying in the helicopter at the time of the accident.
According to foreign reports, 10 other people were injured and hospitalized.
The Ukrainian authorities have indicated that the accident may have occurred due to the heavy snow in the area.
