Russia is awaiting new missiles for the upcoming attack.

According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense’s Chief Intelligence Directorate, Russia is having trouble replenishing its stocks of high-precision missiles, is still awaiting the next shipment of Iranian drones, and will continue to combine means for attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure facilities.
